We make every effort to provide our clients with a healthy, loving companion.  We go to great lengths to keep and produce dogs in great health.  Your pup is guaranteed to be in good health upon pick up.  However,  we recommend taking your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of picking up your puppy.  Any problems must be brought to breeders attention immediately, along with written documentation from a licensed veterinarian containing diagnosis and prognosis for the puppy (with the veterinarians name, phone #, and address).

.Shots and deworming are the responsibility of the buyer.  Any puppy developing an illness related to the lack of shots or deworming will not be replaced.  Conditions which can be easily treated, are also not covered under the guarantee.

We the breeder guarantee that your puppy is in good health and free of life threatening diseases  (i.e., parvo, distemper, rabies, etc.) upon pick up date.  Mange, skin allergies, or any other type of allergies are common in many breeds and are treatable and are not life threatening; therefore Seller/Breeder does not guarantee that puppy will not suffer from mange or any type of allergies.  Seller/Breeder will at no time offer any type of refund for a puppy suffering from mange or any type of allergies.  If puppy is not free of life threatening diseases as documented by a licensed veterinarian, breeder will replace the puppy with another puppy at the breeders' earliest convenience and with a puppy of equal value.  Breeder will at no time be responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred after puppy is received by the buyer.  Breeder will not assist with any veterinarian bills for any conditions. 

 NO EXCEPTIONS.

For a replacement puppy you must have all veterinarian records supplied to us, the breeder.  If your puppy is diagnosed with a life threatening disease and veterinarian records are supplied, you may return your puppy at your cost and we will replace it with another puppy if one is available at our cost.  If no puppy is available to replace the sick puppy, you will have to wait for another litter. "NO CASH REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS!"

If you have placed a deposit on a puppy, the remaining balance must be paid within two weeks of making the deposit or by the time the puppy is six weeks old.  If you have not paid the balance within two weeks after you made the deposit or by the time the puppy is six weeks old, you will forfeit your deposit.  If you wish to go ahead and still get your puppy, you will be required to pay an additional $10.00 per day boarding fee, that your puppy stays here past six weeks.

If you place a deposit on a certain puppy and then decide later that you do not want it, we will NOT refund your deposit.  Buyer agrees to maintain puppy in good health, provide routine prevention health care including, but not limited to the following: annual physical exams by a licensed veterinarian, annual vaccinations, annual fecal exams, continual heart worm prevention, and rabies vaccinations as mandated by buyer's state and county laws.

Buyer further agrees to provide exercise as indicated in order to maintain puppy in proper weight and physical shape.  A proper diet of top-quality dog/puppy food shall be fed.  Seller recommends Evo, Sensible Choice, Wellness Core, or Chicken Soup brand puppy foods.

Buyer agrees that puppy is not to be left solely in a backyard or kennel, and will be allowed to spend substantial quality time in the home with family members.  Puppy is sold with the understanding that it was to go to carefully selected parties and buyer will ensure that puppy shall become a member of the family. (This is to assure proper development and maintenance of temperament for which puppy was bred.)

PUPPIES/DOGS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR ANY ILLEGAL USE WHAT SO EVER!  THEY ARE ALSO NOT TO BE SOLD FOR ANY ILLEGAL PURPOSE.

WE OFFER NO OTHER GUARANTEE THEN WHAT IS STATED ABOVE.

Should buyer choose to break any of the covenants of this contract; the remainder of the contract is null and void.

The above are the terms of sale.  If buyer has any questions about this sale contract, buyer needs to get clarification from seller/breeder.  By making a deposit on a puppy, buyer is thereby bound to the terms set in this sales contract.
